Force-Balanced Dual Opposing 9-inch Drivers
At the heart of the 3000 Micro R|Evolution are two active, side-firing 9-inch high-excursion drivers, custom-engineered by the SVS design team to maximize output from a compact enclosure. The drivers operate in perfect unison, both acoustically and electrically in parallel, delivering powerful and controlled low frequencies.
By firing in opposite directions, mechanical forces are canceled out. This results in a sonically inert cabinet free from unwanted vibrations—one of the biggest limitations of compact subwoofers. Each driver features a progressive inverted surround for maximum linear excursion, essential for moving large amounts of air and producing deep, tactile bass.
Advanced materials, precision motor design, and optimized suspension components ensure maximum linearity and accuracy, even at extreme excursion levels.
