In addition to the standard model, it is of course also available with the region-free modifications we have developed so that films not purchased in Europe can also be played without any problems. The standard player is not region-free for DVD and Bluray. If you want to have the freedom to play DVD's or Bluray discs other than from Europe then it is wise to choose the Region free basic or Region free Pro model. The end result is the same but the big difference between the 2 Regionfree mods is the ease of switching to another Bluray zone. With the Regionfree Pro modification this is done on the fly by pressing one button on the remote control, after which you can immediately start enjoying your Bluray movie. With the Regionfree Basic, this is done with a 6-digit key combination and the player must be turned off and on again. Switching to DVD is not necessary in both modifications as this is done automatically, . |
